MUSCLE RUN & LOVE GUARANTEE
30-Day Return Policy!

You can return them within 30 days from the day of delivery for a refund as long as the product(s) is(are) still in its ORIGINAL condition! The returned products need to be shipped out to us within the 30 days from date of delivery!

We will provide a shipping label. Return shipping label costs will be deducted from any refunds. All components of the purchased product(s) must be returned.

All international sales follow the same policy except that paid duties and taxes will not be refunded, customer covers return shipping costs and for exchanges a new order needs to be placed by the customer.

Even though Muscle Running is like learning how to ride a bike, which will take a little bit of time to get used to and allow the body to adapt to them, we cannot accept any used products or products that are not in their original condition!

To start a return, you can contact us at support@antepes.com or go to account.antepes.com and type in the email address that was used to purchase the product(s) to request a return. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a refund at any time before order processing. Most orders are processed within the same day. All cancellations may be subject to a 3-6% refund processing fee, which may cover credit card or bank transactions fees, and our service fees. Cancellation requests must be sent to us via email to support@antepes.com .

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges due to size or color
FREE Exchanges, FREE Return Shipping and FREE Shipping of the exchanged for item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and indicate to us that you'd like a different size instead. You can do so at https://account.antepes.com and email us to make sure we know you'd like a size exchange.
Returned items must be in their ORIGINAL condition, otherwise it will not be accepted for an exchange.
If the shoes you've purchased are slightly too big, then try inserting a heel cup (such as this one: https://a.co/d/bjgg9Ya) in your shoes, and this will most likely resolve the sizing issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. If there was an exchange of size or color prior to the request for refund, then the multiple return shipping costs and the additional shipping cost(s) for sending the exchange(s) to the customer, will be deducted from the refund.

International Orders
All international sales are FINAL, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
