The large diameter and length of the Fascia Crusher allow coverage of more muscle and body surface area for better distribution of pressure and blood flow through the tissues. This is especially beneficial when rolling large muscle groups such as the quads, hamstrings, glutes and the lower back.
The fascia crusher is designed for the Muscle Runners, your yoga towel or equipment to fit inside of it for easy storage and transportation.
You can remove the end caps when rolling or not storing anything inside the fascia crusher.

Preparation: It is recommended to roll your muscles, tendons and ligaments before your muscle run to loosen the fascia and allow your muscle to move smoothly.
Recovery: The massage rolling process is recommended to be repeated after your run or training to help your muscles, tendons and ligaments to engage in active recovery by pushing blood through those fibers and also loosen them to allow them to move in their full range of motion.

Our patented Fascia Crusher™️ massage roller is the only dual-surface massage roller on the market, and it's designed to help you prepare for your activities, including warm-up, and help with recovery from your training. Unlike most foam rollers, this roller has a soft and a rigid surface. The hardness of the massage roller is not just meant to target sore muscles but also to target fascia buildup. Fascia buildup can cause pain and hinder running & training performance. We recommend rolling sore spots with the soft surface of the roller and more intense fascia buildup with the hard surface of the roller.
Our roller is designed with off-center ridges that allow easy rolling of the legs, feet, back, neck and shoulders. Experiment with the roller to see which ways you prefer to use it or follow along with the drawings below. Start with the large soft surface and move to the small hard surface to iron out that fascia if needed. Roll first, then stop on a trigger point or fascia buildup for 30 seconds, then repeat 2-4 times.
